In this podcast, we are joined by Dom Einhorn, the founder and main investor of Uniqorn Incubator and Accelerator, and Starter Supercup, and talk about what makes a good entrepreneur, what makes a good investor, and what kinds of tech companies participate in the Uniqorn programme.
We discuss the topics of approaching addressable markets with a strategy and not just rushing to hit everyone at once, the rapid adaptation and adoption of technology into all aspects of society when the pandemic first came and the consequences of this going forward, and the necessity to overcome fears of failure if you want to properly succeed.
In recent years, there has been an rising ease of accessibility for anyone to try to become an entrepreneur. However, this does not mean that everyone can actually succeed as an entrepreneur if they cannot differentiate themselves and their ideas from everyone else. No matter how smart you are or how good your idea is, if you do not have the ability to make high risk calculations and actually sell your idea, or can’t find people who do, it will be much harder to succeed.
